Arenanet Prototype Work From 2015-2017

I worked at ArenaNet from March 2015 to November of 2017.
Specialized in 3D prototyping / concepting. Worked closely with the studio art director to define an aesthetic and provide 3D concept support. Supported graphic/editor engineers in rendering development and worked with tech art to help establish pipelines and systemic approaches.
Being able to help translate some of the more abstract shapes within some of the concept pieces, into a 3D medium that can be viewed from multiple perspectives, ability to swap materials, lighting scenarios, etc. in realtime was extremely valuable during pre-production development and helped inform a lot, especially with scale.
